Service point

The service point is located in the lobby of the Tervola municipal office and offers services from Kela, the Tax Administration, and the Employment and Economic Development Office.

At the service point, you can receive assisting customer service from Kela, general guidance, Kela forms, and help in filling them out. You can also submit Kela applications and attachments at the service point.

The service point has a customer terminal available for independent or guided use of Kela’s online services. If necessary, guidance is provided for booking an appointment with Kela’s phone service.

Service points also offer remote services, where a Kela service specialist can advise the customer via video connection.
