Cultural services
Culture is an important part of life in Tervola. Thanks to active associations, volunteers and cultural enthusiasts, the municipality offers a rich variety of events, exhibitions, performances and community activities throughout the year.
Municipal cultural services support and enrich local cultural life by providing events and opportunities for participation for all ages. Children and young people can study music at the Meri-Lappi Music Institute, and Tervola’s local history and heritage are preserved through the local history archive.
