Interested in learning something new or developing your skills? Kivalo Institute is a regional community college offering courses, lectures and learning opportunities for people of all ages. In Tervola, you can choose from a wide range of subjects, including handicrafts, music, sports and wellbeing, dance, performing arts and visual arts.
Courses are taught at various locations throughout the municipality, making it easy to participate close to home. Kivalo Institute is jointly operated by the municipalities of Tervola, Simo and Keminmaa and the ICity of Kemi, which serves as the host municipality.
