Library's borrowing and advisory services

You need a library card to borrow library materials. You can get a card from the library by proving your identity and agreeing to the rules of the Lapland library. For those under 15, parental consent is required. The first library card is free of charge.

You can print the library card application in Finnish or English.

The library card must always be presented when borrowing. The card is personal, and everyone is responsible for the materials borrowed with their card. Materials cannot be borrowed without a library card.

Changed address and phone number information must be reported to the library. It is also advisable to report a lost card immediately.
