Quiet Workspace Virtaus

Quiet workspace Virtaus is a calm working, reading, and meeting space for up to two people in the library’s adult nonfiction section. The space is soundproofed, so confidential conversations can also take place there. The room has mechanical ventilation, a table, comfortable seating, and motion sensor-operated LED ceiling lights with dimming.

– library wireless internet connection

A quiet workspace can be reserved through the Lapland Library’s Varaamo service or by calling the library at + 358 40 486 6984. The space can be used freely when it is not reserved.

Food and drinks are not allowed in the facility. Misuse and disruptive behavior will result in a temporary ban.

Using Virtaus is free of charge.
