Road User Line (Transport Infrastructure Agency)

Reports related to road conditions or road maintenance can be made electronically through the feedback channel. Electronic reports are forwarded to traffic customer service, where they are handled on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. All reports are passed on to the regional contractor, who decides on the necessary measures based on the quality requirements set for the road.

Examples of reports related to services include road surface damages (potholes, holes), water on the road, a fallen tree, or an extremely slippery road. Urgent problems that clearly endanger traffic can be reported by calling 0200 2100 (24 hours/day). Reporters are asked to provide precise information about the location of the problem and their contact details.
